I have been a knitter since I was small girl, taught at my grandmothers knee!
Woodland Yarns is an opportunity for me to combine my passion for knitting with my other job, full time mum to Alexander (4) and Isobel (2)
Finally, my husband, Neil does all of my web site for me, because he is the techie of the family, although I swear I will have him knitting by the end of this year!
We started Woodland Yarns in August 2005 and have seen the shop go from strength to strength.

We aim to offer you the best experiencing in purchasing your knitting supplies, so we only sell what you see on the website, no taking and your money and sending your order only when the suppliers send the stock.
We have the latest patterns for women, babies, children and men as well as the latest yarns including new and exciting yarns using natural products like Bamboo and Soya.

As we receive new lines, we have to make space by reducing the price of some existing yarns that may be discontinued or in odd dyelots. Often these reductions can be 25% of more on certain items. You can see which yarns are reduced here.
